Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their Gift. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How long until the school receives my Gift?
We work with Sydney based logistics businesses to send gifts and aid in bulk. In association with our team in Vanuatu delivery times may vary depending on shipping availability and processing times.
Why is my purchase a GIFT?
In accordance with Australia Tax law your purchase of an item even as a donation must be characterised as a GIFT.
How does Voices of Hope work?
Our goal is to share prosperity and opportunities across borders by giving schools and kids supplies and grants for upgrades to the school
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
